Derek is originally from Benton, Ar. He then went on to attend ASU and graduated in 2004 with a Bachelor's in Athletic Training. 

 

He spent some years being a sports specific trainer and then decided to return to school to receive his doctorate in physical therapy.  He graduated in 2012 with his DPT.

 

Derek started working for Fenter PT in 2012. His hobbies include working out and mountain biking.  He is currently a 2nd Lt in the Arkansas National Guard.
