Melissa is the Director of Clinical Operations at Fenter Physical Therapy.​

Melissa has been a part of the Fenter Physical Therapy family since 2007. She is married to Jonathan Crymes and has three children, Austin, Emmy, and Bentley. In addition to her role with Fenter Physical Therapy, she is also a licensed cosmetologist and a past graduate of Leadership Crittenden County.

Melissa's hobbies include spending time with her family as well as participating in her children's many school activities. She also enjoys time at the lake with family and friends.
